Well, in Vietnam, we don’t sell street food on a truck and this would impress me when I have learned foreign countries also having street food, and they usually served on a truck or a mobile cart.

The sausage truck pop up card 

This would be my first experience when I came to New York City and enjoyed my lunch with some fast food bought from a sausage truck. Then I decided to make one paper model featuring this eating culture, a street food symbol came in.

I tried hard to have an average size of a truck, then I resized them to fit in a pop up card, but still wanted to make anything clear and detailed. It was not easy.

One day, I casually saw a suitable image for me to refer on a coastal street of Vung Tau City, Vietnam. My people brought the foreign culture here and adapted it. That was the time I once more saw the truck and soon made a pop up card of it later.
